We are now looking for additional hands in our solid logistics customer service, are you one of them?
Are you familiar with the transport industry and are you an articulate and energetic person who is not afraid to get your hands dirty and give your all for customer packages and shipments? Our customer service is known to be one of the best in Finland, and we want to maintain this quality. Our customers appreciate both our services and the customer service they receive.

We have grown at a good pace in recent years, and the growth story continues! As a company, our next step is internationalization, so fluent English skills are important. This means that you are ready to pick up the phone when it rings and help customers via email & chat in English as well. Good Swedish or Estonian language skills are also an advantage.

We work 37.5 hours/week and you can choose whether you work from your home office or our Lahti office. The Lahti office is located right next to the railway station, so you don't need your own car or ten different public transport options to work with us.

Here are the qualities we are looking for:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude

  • Written and verbal skills in Finnish and English

  • Understanding of logistics industry and previous experience in transport sector

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Self-direction, proactivity and ability to take responsibility

  • Stress tolerance

  • Teamwork skills

  • Basic IT skills (yes, you can turn on a computer and use basic programs)

We also consider it an advantage if you have

  • Swedish or Estonian language skills

  • Previous experience in e-commerce
