With a single free registration, you gain access to services from Posti, PostNord, Matkahuolto, DSV, Asendia, Wolt, and UPS, among others.

With Shipit’s easy integration, you can offer your customers the most comprehensive pickup point and parcel locker network in Finland and internationally — without fixed monthly fees or hidden costs. You only pay for the shipments you send.

Shipit serves online stores of all sizes. With Shipit, you can ship everything from small parcels to large pallets and freight, either using Shipit’s pre-negotiated carrier agreements or your own carrier contracts.

If you would like to become a billing customer, please email your billing details to asiakaspalvelu(at)shipit.fi. Include your company name, contact person’s name, business ID, and phone number. We offer e-invoicing and PDF invoices via email as billing methods.

If you use a Shipit integration in your online store, you must either apply to become a billing customer or add funds to the Shipit wallet.

You can use either Shipit’s pre-negotiated carrier agreements or your own carrier contracts. You may also combine your own contracts with Shipit’s agreements — simply inform Shipit’s customer service of your own contract details and select additional carriers using the Shipit add-on.

Billing as the payment method

If the service you are cancelling does not include pickup, the shipment will not be invoiced until the carrier has received it.

However, if the service includes pickup—such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipments—the shipment must be cancelled via customer service (chat, phone, or email). This ensures that the carrier does not attempt an unnecessary pickup. These shipments are also activated on the invoice automatically, and cancelling them requires the invoice line to be voided.

Payment method: Wallet

If you cancel a service that does not include pickup and the shipping label is not activated by the carrier, the amount paid will be automatically refunded to your wallet after the label expires. Please note that this process may involve some delay.
If you wish to speed up the refund, you can request it directly from our customer service via chat, phone, or email.

If the service includes pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipments, the shipment must be cancelled through customer service (chat, phone, or email) to prevent an unnecessary pickup by the carrier. In these cases, the paid amount is not automatically refunded to your wallet.

Payment method: One-time payment

All shipments must be cancelled via customer service (chat, phone, or email) so that we can process the refund and cancel the pickup if necessary.
The payment is usually refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.
