If the service to be canceled does not include pickup, the shipment will not be billed until the shipping company has received it.
However, if it's a service with pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (via chat, phone, or email). This ensures that the shipping company doesn't make an unnecessary pickup. These shipments are also automatically activated for billing, and canceling them requires line item voiding.
Payment Method: Wallet
If you cancel a service that does not include pickup, and the address label is not activated by the shipping company, the amount you paid will automatically return to your wallet after the address label expires. However, this process may involve a delay. If you want to speed up the refund, you can request it directly from our customer service, which is available via chat, phone, or email.
If it's a service including pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) to prevent unnecessary pickup by the shipping company. For such services, the amount you paid will not be automatically returned to your wallet.

All shipments must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) so we can refund the payment and cancel the pickup if needed. The refund is usually processed directly through the original payment method used.
