A2B is a Finnish logistics pioneer offering companies emission-free and climate-friendly transport solutions. What began in 2010 with two electric cars has grown into a significant player with a fleet of 55 vehicles running on renewable energy sources, such as domestic biogas and electricity produced by wind power.

All services always include both pickup and delivery — green and efficient.

The service covers the Helsinki metropolitan area and Turku, with all deliveries handled door-to-door. It is suitable for both B2B and B2C distribution. While intercity transport is not yet supported, regional deliveries operate efficiently and completely emission-free.

Shipit customers can now add A2B’s eco-friendly delivery option directly to their online store checkout.
This gives end customers a real opportunity to choose a green delivery — and your business a visible way to communicate responsibility and environmental awareness.

Use standard rates or your own contracts
A2B services are available either at Shipit’s negotiated rates or through your own A2B agreement.
If your company already has a contract, it can easily be added by entering your A2B ID directly into the Shipit platform.

A versatile fleet powered by renewable energy

A2B provides its customers with genuinely climate-friendly and low-emission transport solutions. The company’s entire fleet – a total of 55 vans and trucks – runs on renewable energy sources such as domestically produced biogas and wind-generated electricity.

The fleet includes a wide range of vehicles: various sizes of delivery vans, tail-lift trucks, and vehicles equipped for temperature-controlled deliveries. Most of the fleet is specifically designed for transporting temperature-sensitive goods.

  • 43 biogas vehicles running on biogas produced from domestic waste

  • 12 electric vehicles powered by wind-generated electricity

  • 2 electric cargo bikes for central Helsinki deliveries

Door-to-door delivery. Pickup is activated automatically upon order. Orders placed before 1 p.m. are collected the same day.

Delivery on the next business day by 4:00 p.m.

Service description:

Door-to-door service. Pickup is activated automatically upon order. Orders placed before 1 p.m. are collected the same day.

  • Maximum girth: 300 cm

  • Maximum volume: 1 m³

  • Supports multi-parcel shipments

Estimated delivery time:

Delivery on the next business day by 10:00 a.m.

Service description:

Door-to-door service. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are guaranteed to be picked up the same day.

Pickup and order times may vary depending on the area. Once the order is placed, the pickup request is automatically forwarded to A2B. Pickups are made on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Service description:
