Omniva is Estonia's postal service provider that also operates internationally. The company was previously known as Eesti Post but changed its name in 2014 to better reflect its expanded operations and digital services. Omniva offers comprehensive postal, logistics, and telecommunications services, including letter and parcel delivery, for both businesses and individuals. The company has particularly focused on electronic communication services and efficient parcel delivery both domestically and internationally. Omniva is known for its modern parcel locker network, which enables fast and flexible deliveries.

Storage time in parcel lockers is 7 days and in Pickup Points 15 days.

Dimensions and estimated delivery times

Delivery time from parcel locker to parcel locker is typically 1 day from collection, except Sundays when no deliveries take place. Deliveries to Post points typically take 2 days.

Delivery notification is sent via SMS or email.

Delivery time typically 2 business days, Sundays are not counted as delivery days.

Description

Door-to-door service

If the recipient is private, Omniva will contact them to arrange delivery time. Private deliveries take place Mon-Fri 0800–2000 and Saturdays 1000–1500.

Business deliveries take place Mon-Fri between 0800–1700.

If the shipment cannot be collected, it will be taken to a parcel locker, pickup point, or if the package is +30kg, it can be collected from Omniva's terminal.

Logo package

The logo package includes logos of different shipping companies and Shipit.fi in PNG and SVG formats. You can download the logo package by logging into our program with your own credentials. If you don't have credentials yet, you can register as a business customer. After registration, you can log into the program and download the logo package. You'll find the logo package in the program menu: My Settings → Materials.
