Comprehensive Logistics Services

SmartPosti offers comprehensive logistics services specifically designed for e-commerce merchants. Services include warehousing, assembly, and distribution. The company's network is extensive: Estonia has 269 parcel lockers and 61 parcel points, making SmartPosti the second-largest logistics service provider in the country. During 2025, SmartPosti will also launch outdoor automated parcel lockers that will be available to customers 24/7.

From Itella to SmartPosti

Smartpost Itella will transition to the new SmartPosti brand during the first half of 2025, completely abandoning the Itella name. This change brings the brand closer to its parent company Posti Group and strengthens its position in the Nordic and Baltic logistics markets. The brand renewal will be implemented simultaneously in all three Baltic countries.

Posti is a leading logistics company in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics, offering parcel locker and transportation services as well as full warehouse logistics, courier, and express delivery services. The company employs approximately 17,000 people in its operating countries.

Deliveries to over 176 parcel lockers throughout Estonia,

Door-to-pickup point service in the Baltics. Packages under 60x36x60cm can also be left at Parcel Lockers for shipping.

Door-to-door service to Europe, excluding the Baltics where packages are delivered to pickup points.

The recipient is notified via email or phone.

If the shipment cannot be delivered, it will be stored at the pickup point in Europe for 14 days from the attempted delivery.

If the address information is incorrect, the shipment will automatically be returned to the sender.

The logo package includes logos of different shipping companies and Shipit.fi in PNG and SVG formats. You can download the logo package by logging into our program with your user credentials. If you don't have user credentials yet, you can register as a business customer. After registration, you can log into the program and download the logo package. You can find the logo package in the program menu: My Settings → Materials.
