With one free registration, you get access to services including Posti, Postnord, Matkahuolto, DB Schenker and UPS.

With Shipit's easy integration, you can offer your customers the most comprehensive pickup point and parcel locker network domestically and internationally without fixed monthly fees or hidden costs - you only pay for shipments made.

Shipit serves online stores of different sizes and with Shipit you can send both small packages and large pallets / freight using either Shipit's pre-negotiated shipping contracts or your own shipping contracts.

Register as a business user

  • If you want to become our billing customer, send your billing information by email to customer.service at shipit.fi and tell us your company name and contact person name, business ID, phone number. Billing methods include e-invoicing and PDF invoice by email.

  • If you use Shipit integration in your online store, you need to apply for billing customer status or deposit funds to your Shipit wallet.

You can either use Shipit's pre-negotiated shipping contracts or utilize your own shipping contracts. You can also combine your own and Shipit's contracts; just notify Shipit customer service about your own contract and choose additional shipping companies using the Shipit plugin.

Payment method: billing

If the service to be canceled does not include pickup, the shipment will not be billed until the shipping company has received it.

However, if it's a service including pickup, such as UPS, GLS or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (via chat, phone or email). This ensures that the shipping company doesn't make an unnecessary pickup. These shipments also automatically activate for billing, and their cancellation requires line item nullification.

Payment method: wallet

If you cancel a service that does not include pickup, and the address label is not activated by the shipping company, the amount you paid will automatically return to your wallet after the address label expires. However, this process may involve a delay. If you want to speed up the refund, you can request it directly from our customer service, which is available via chat, phone or email.

If it's a service including pickup, such as UPS, GLS or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) to prevent unnecessary pickup by the shipping company. For such services, the amount you paid will also not be automatically returned to your wallet.

Payment method: one-time payment

All shipments must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) so we can refund the payment and cancel the pickup if necessary. The refund is usually made directly through the same payment method that was originally used.
