Description

DSV's pickup point network consists of over 1,100 pickup points that are open from morning till evening. DSV delivers packages collected from businesses typically within 1-3 business days and packages dropped off at pickup points within 2–5 business days.

Use the pickup point search to find the most suitable DSV pickup points for you and your package recipient from DSV's pickup point search. Take your package to your chosen DSV pickup point or as a business customer, arrange a separate pickup for your shipments. DSV will deliver your package to the chosen pickup point and the recipient will receive a text message when the package is ready for pickup. Package pickup is possible by showing the shipment ID and identification (driver's license, passport, or ID card).

Online store returns are handled effortlessly with the original shipment ID. Your customer only needs to notify you about the return and take the package to a DSV pickup point.

In DSVparcel service, shipments are collected from businesses and delivered to the recipient against signature. Parcel services are suitable for shipments weighing up to 99 kg, consisting of packages weighing less than 30 kg. DSV delivers urban area shipments by the next working day by 12 noon, and other area shipments by the next working day by 4 PM. Pickup and delivery times have location-specific exceptions.

In DSVsystem's groupage service, shipments are collected from businesses and delivered to the recipient against signature. System services are ideal for shipments to the same recipient weighing up to 2500 kg. The maximum weight for a single package is 1200 kg.

NOTE: DSV address labels are valid for 14 days from order.
