Register as a Business User

  • If you want to become our billing customer, send your billing information by email to asiakaspalvelu at shipit.fi and tell us your company name, contact person name, business ID, and phone number. Billing methods include e-invoicing and PDF invoice by email.

  • If you use Shipit integration in your online store, you need to apply for a billing account or deposit funds into your Shipit wallet.

Billing as Payment Method

If the service to be canceled does not include pickup, the shipment will not be billed until the carrier has received it.

However, if it's a service with pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (via chat, phone, or email). This ensures that the carrier doesn't make an unnecessary pickup. These shipments are also automatically activated for billing, and canceling them requires line item nullification.

Wallet as Payment Method

If you cancel a service that does not include pickup, and the address label is not activated by the carrier, the amount you paid will automatically return to your wallet after the address label expires. However, this process may involve some delay. If you want to speed up the refund, you can request it directly from our customer service, which is available via chat, phone, or email.

If it's a service that includes pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) to prevent unnecessary pickup by the carrier. In such services, the amount you paid will not be automatically returned to your wallet.

One-time Payment as Payment Method

All shipments must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) so we can refund the payment and cancel the pickup if necessary. The refund is usually made directly through the original payment method.
