Register

Register to our service as a company, and you'll receive personal API credentials within 5-10 minutes of registration. The credentials are easily found in your account information after logging into our service. Dashboard → API credentials

Install Shipit plugin

Check our different e-commerce platform integrations and ensure which services you want to add to your online store. Keep in mind that customers may have different preferences, so comprehensive services are important. You can also use your own customer numbers for shipments.

Activate API credentials

Activate the API credentials by enabling your preferred payment method. After this, you'll also get access to other business customer benefits and discounted contract prices for shipments.

What is a customizable email?

A customizable email is an automatic message sent to your customer as soon as the order has been shipped and a tracking code has been generated. The message tells the customer that "Your order is on its way" and includes the tracking information they're expecting.
