You can use the following payment methods when dealing with Shipit.
Advance Payment
Pay for shipments using the most common payment methods, you can also use the shopping cart by adding multiple shipments here and paying for all at once. No separate registration required for shipit.fi service.
If a prepaid shipment is returned to the sender, or if the shipment had incomplete information and additional charges are required: the additional shipping costs will be invoiced according to our billing terms and for invoices under €50 excluding VAT, a small invoice fee of €3.5 + VAT €0.84 will be added.

Wallet Payment
When you deposit balance into the wallet as a business customer, more affordable shipping rates are automatically activated for the company.
As a registered customer, you have the ability to deposit balance into your Shipit wallet, making the ordering process faster. For accounting purposes, you can download a .csv compilation of completed shipments, and a report is also sent to your email once a month. You can print receipts when making shipments or afterward. The minimum deposit to the Wallet is €100, and adding balance is done as follows: Log in to the program – click the wallet icon in the top right corner – Proceed to payment. The wallet has no additional costs. You can also use automatic credit card deposits as a wallet customer.
Saving Credit Card for Automatic Wallet Top-up
By connecting your credit card through the wallet icon, you get access to automatic wallet top-up. Credit card information is not stored with Shipit but is stored in payment service provider Stripe's system, which automatically adds more balance to the wallet when the deposit falls below 15%.
If you use a credit card without authentication, our system will automatically add balance to your wallet when the previous balance falls below 15%. If your credit card has 3DS authentication, the payment service provider will send a deposit request via email which must be confirmed when you want to add balance to your account.
If you want the balance returned to your account, we charge a return fee of €5 + VAT 24% €1.2. Send your account details via email to customer service (at) shipit.fi for the refund. If you want to change to invoice customer status, the entire balance will be transferred to the billing side and deducted from future invoices.
Invoice Customer
Only for those with a Business ID.
Contact customer.service@ if you want invoice customer status activated. Billing occurs in two-week cycles, on the first and fifteenth of each month. The invoice is sent as a PDF file to your desired email address. E-invoicing is also possible.
Invoices are sent to the email and address provided during registration unless otherwise agreed. The customer is responsible for providing a working billing address. Changes to billing information must also be submitted in writing via email to customerservice(at)shipit.fi.
If the invoice amount is less than €50 excluding VAT, a €3.5 billing fee will be added to the invoice.
Payment term is 10 days.
Shipit invoices are sent through Ropo Capital's billing system and payments must be made to account: FI96 1078 3000 2512 97 NDEAFIHH
For double payment refunds, please contact directly customerservice(at)ropocapital.fi, ropo charges a processing fee for refunds.
Reminder Fees for Late Payment
A payment reminder fee of €15 is charged for payment reminders.
In business debt collection, collection costs are assessed under Section 10 of the Collection Act
Shipit has the right to deduct from the customer's wallet or refundable payments any amount corresponding to overdue invoices and additional costs for which the customer is responsible, if such have accumulated.
Late Payment Interest
If the invoice is not paid on time, an 11.5% late payment interest will be added to the invoice.
Please note that if you want to use Shipit integration modules, you must be a wallet or invoice customer for the API keys to be activated.
