Things to consider when sending a package to China (CN).
Remember to enter the postal code of your destination in the search field. For example, if you're sending a package to the Xining area, enter the postal code in the following format: 810018.

Consider these before creating a shipment to China!
China is outside the EU, so shipments to China always require customs documents, both for gift and commercial shipments.
Required documents: Shipit automatically creates a CN23 form for Posti shipments, which must be attached to the shipment. For other shipping methods, Shipit creates a commercial or proforma invoice.
Packages: address label (including customs declaration), proforma or commercial invoice for goods (+ other documents required for customs clearance)
Please note that China has restrictions on different products, so we recommend verifying if the product needs a product license. For example, many commercial goods require an import license CCC / China Compulsory Certification. You can find more information about these from here and the Finnish Chamber of Commerce:
Supporting documents must be filled out in English, Chinese, or French.
Commercial invoice is used when the shipment has been sold to the recipient and the products have commercial value.
Proforma invoice is used when the goods have no commercial value, i.e., the goods haven't been sold to the recipient (e.g., gift, return, or items sent for repair).
Other information needed for customs clearance for export declaration can be found on our website underexport declaration.
Prohibited items include:
