When different departments, offices or warehouses ship with their own logins on different portals, it’s hard to get the full picture. With user management, you can add multiple users to your company’s Shipit account and give each of them exactly the permissions they need. Every user has their own login and sender details, and the main user sees all shipments in one view.

3 users included in the Growth plan and 10 in the Pro plan, additional users €4.90 per user

• New users are added with an email invitation, and they don’t need an existing Shipit account

• Each user can use their own sender details, for example when shipping from a different warehouse

• The main user can see the shipments created by each user

• Inactive users are easy to remove, so no old logins are left behind

• Extended user management for sub-organisations, locations and 3PL operators keeps data separate (activated through our sales team)

The Freight Calculator brings real-time shipping prices directly into your own system, whether that's an ERP, WMS, online store, or another system.

Fuel surcharges, remote area fees, and other current surcharges are calculated automatically, so you never have to update prices manually.

You can use your own carrier contracts or Shipit's pre-negotiated rates, the setup is always tailored to fit your needs.

The Return Tool is a self-service portal through which your online store's customers can handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, and complaints independently, without needing to contact customer service.

All requests are gathered into a single management dashboard, where you can manage them centrally.

The tool works with all e-commerce platforms, and Shopify merchants also have access to a dedicated extension that syncs returns directly to the Shopify admin panel.
