PostNord's pickup point network includes up to 14,000 pickup points and in Finland over 2,000 pickup points, of which about 700 are parcel lockers. With PostNord's network, you can easily reach 25 million households and over 2.5 million companies.

PostNord Locker – an easy and flexible way to pick up and return parcels

The PostNord Locker is a parcel locker operated via the PostNord app and a Bluetooth connection. You can pick up and return your parcels from the locker at any time of the day.

How to Open a PostNord Locker

  1. Download the PostNord app to your phone and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

  2. Register in the app using the same phone number or email address you provided when shopping online.

  3. When your parcel has arrived, open the app, select the incoming shipment, and follow the on-screen instructions to open the locker.

  4. You don’t need a separate code. If the locker doesn’t open, move closer to the locker and try again.

How to Order a Parcel to a PostNord Locker

  1. Place your order in an online store and choose delivery to a pickup point.

  2. From the delivery options, select PostNord Locker.

    Note: The locker is not the default delivery option, so it must be selected manually.

  3. You’ll receive a notification about your parcel’s arrival in the PostNord app and/or by SMS.


How Returns Work

Returning with PostNord is easy and done through the mobile app.

  1. Attach the return address label to the parcel.

  2. Reserve a locker for your return in the app using your parcel details.

  3. The reservation is valid for 30 minutes. If needed, you can cancel the reservation and select a new locker or extend the time by 15 minutes.

  4. Open the locker using the app and Bluetooth.

  5. You can track the progress of your return in the app.

Description

PostNord Home Parcel (formerly PostNord MyPack Home) is designed for B2C shipments, where the parcel is delivered directly to the recipient’s doorstep.
Pick-up from the sender is always included, but Home Parcels can also be dropped off at PostNord service points (Note: maximum of 5 parcels at a time).

With the PostNord Home Parcel service, the recipient can choose the delivery day and the time window during which the parcel will be delivered.

If the recipient does not schedule the delivery or collection, the parcel will be returned to the sender at their expense — after 14 days for Nordic countries and 7 days for other European countries.

In the PostNord Home Parcel service, the shipment is handed over against a signature to a person at the same address; the recipient does not have to be the individual named on the address label.

If someone else collects the parcel from a service point, an authorization letter (power of attorney) is required.

With the PostNord Home Parcel service, the recipient can choose both the delivery day and the time window for delivery. The recipient is notified of the delivery by SMS or email.
They can also use PostNord’s logistics app – the most downloaded logistics app in the Nordic countries – to track and manage their delivery.

PostNord Parcel Locker (formerly MyPack Collect) is a service designed for businesses, enabling the shipment of parcels weighing up to 20 kg within Finland and to other Nordic countries.

Fast deliveries to the parcel locker chosen by the recipient in all Nordic countries.

Full tracking from start to finish – from pickup at the sender to collection by the recipient from the locker.

The recipient receives a notification by SMS, email, or via the PostNord app when the parcel is ready for collection.

Pickup from the sender is always included, but Parcel Locker shipments can also be dropped off at PostNord service points. The parcel is collected from the sender and delivered to the recipient’s nearest parcel locker.

Shipments can be dropped off at PostNord service points (maximum of 5 parcels at a time), or you can order a free pickup directly through the Shipit system under the Pickup order section.

You can drop off the shipment at a PostNord service point, or it can be picked up from the sender and delivered to the recipient’s nearest pickup point or parcel locker, depending on the destination country.

  • No tire shipments with this service.

  • PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Parcels are stored at pickup points for at least 7 days (storage times may vary by country). The arrival notification always includes the last pickup date. If the customer does not collect the parcel, it will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

Logo package

The logo package includes logos of different shipping companies and Shipit.fi in PNG and SVG formats. You can download the logo package by logging into our program with your own user credentials. If you don't have user credentials yet, you can register as a business customer. After registration, you can log into the program and download the logo package. You can find the logo package in the program menu: My Settings → Materials.
