Description

MyPack Collect is intended for B2C shipments and they are delivered to pickup points. Shipment is always collected from the sender.

Shipments are stored at pickup points for 7 days, after which they are returned at the sender's expense.

Dimensions and estimated delivery times

• Max. weight domestically 30 kg, abroad 20 kg.

• Maximum dimensions to Nordic countries: Length 150 cm, length + girth (length+2W+2H) max. 300 cm.

• Maximum dimensions to Europe: Length 100 cm, max. girth 250 cm.

• Sweden 2–4

• Denmark 3–4

• Norway 3–6

• Germany, Austria and Benelux countries 3–4

Description

MyPack Home is intended for B2C shipments where the delivery is made to the recipient's door. Shipment is always collected from the sender.

With MyPack Home service, the recipient can choose the delivery date and time slots during which the package can be delivered.

If the recipient does not agree on transport/collection, the shipment will be returned at the sender's expense after 14 days from Nordic countries and 7 days from other European countries.

In MyPack Home service, the shipment is handed over against signature to a person at the same address, the recipient does not need to be the person named on the address label.

If another person collects the delivery from a pickup point, a power of attorney is required.

With MyPack Home service, the recipient can choose the delivery date and time slot during which the package can be delivered. The recipient will be notified of the delivery either by text message or email. The recipient can also use PostNord's most downloaded logistics app in the Nordic countries.
