How to get Shipit delivery methods for your MyCashflow online store

  1. Register for Shipit service as a company, you can also complete the registration directly from MyCashflow admin. If you completed the registration directly through shipit.fi, you need to add your own information / API -> credentials to your MCF store

  2. Enable the MyCashflow Shipit plugin from your online store admin

  3. Choose the delivery methods to offer and select your desired settings

  4. Activate your Shipit account by depositing balance to your Shipit wallet or ask Shipit to activate billing customer status for your account. Read more about payment methods.

Retrieve and print package labels directly from your MyCashflow online store admin panel. This saves working time and reduces errors as information moves directly from customer input to Shipit's shipping management system which has EDI connection to carriers.

  • If you want to become our billing customer, send your billing information by email to customer.service at shipit.fi and tell us your company name and contact person name, business ID, phone number. Billing methods include e-invoicing and PDF invoice by email.

  • If you use Shipit integration in your online store, you need to apply for billing customer status or deposit balance to your Shipit wallet.

You can use either Shipit's pre-negotiated shipping contracts or your own shipping contracts. You can also combine your own and Shipit's contracts; just notify Shipit customer service about your own contract and choose additional carriers using the Shipit plugin.

Payment method: billing

If the service to be canceled does not include pickup, the shipment will not be billed until the carrier has received it.

However, if it's a service with pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (via chat, phone, or email). This ensures that the carrier doesn't make an unnecessary pickup. These shipments also automatically activate for billing, and canceling them requires line item nullification.

Payment method: wallet

If you cancel a service that does not include pickup, and the address label is not activated by the carrier, the amount you paid will automatically return to your wallet after the address label expires. However, this process may involve delays. If you want to speed up the refund, you can request it directly from our customer service, which is available via chat, phone, or email.

If it's a service including pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) to prevent unnecessary pickup by the carrier. For such services, the amount you paid will not automatically return to your wallet.

Payment method: one-time payment

All shipments must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) so we can refund the payment and cancel the pickup if necessary. The refund is usually made directly through the same payment method used for the original payment.
