Tell us where you want to ship and what – with one click you'll get access to all possible shipping methods for your shipment. The list includes traditional Posti and Matkahuolto services. Transport prices have been negotiated on your behalf, prices include all extras.

How to implement Shipit delivery methods in your Clover Shop e-commerce software

  1. Register for Shipit service as a business

  2. Order a free Plus license and add the license code to your online store's admin interface settings / licenses section

  3. Enable the Shipit integration for your desired delivery methods in your online store's admin interface settings / delivery methods section

  • Select Shipit integration from the Integration section

  • Enter your Shipit API_KEY in the Merchant ID field

  • Enter your Shipit API_SECRET in the Secret key field

  • Read detailed instructions

  • If you want to become our billing customer, send your billing information by email to customerservice at shipit.fi and tell us your company name, contact person name, business ID, and phone number. Billing methods include e-invoicing and PDF invoice by email.

  • If you use Shipit integration in your online store, you need to apply for a billing customer status or deposit balance to your Shipit wallet.

You can either use Shipit's pre-negotiated shipping contracts or utilize your own shipping contracts. You can also combine your own and Shipit's contracts; just notify Shipit customer service about your own contract and additionally choose other carriers using the Shipit plugin.

Payment method: Billing

If the service to be canceled does not include pickup, the shipment will not be invoiced until the carrier has received it.

However, if it's a service with pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, or email). This ensures that the carrier doesn't make an unnecessary pickup attempt. These shipments are also automatically activated for billing, and canceling them requires line item nullification.

Payment method: Wallet

If you cancel a service that does not include pickup, and the address card is not activated by the carrier, the amount you paid will automatically return to your wallet after the address card expires. However, this process may involve some delay. If you want to speed up the refund, you can request it directly from our customer service, which is available via chat, phone, or email.

If it's a service that includes pickup, such as UPS, GLS, or freight shipment, the shipment must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) to prevent unnecessary pickup by the carrier. For these services, the amount you paid will not be automatically returned to your wallet.

Payment method: One-time payment

All shipments must be canceled through customer service (chat, phone, email) so we can refund the payment and cancel the pickup if necessary. The payment is usually refunded directly through the original payment method.
