Chili Factory trusts in domestic partnership

"It all started in 2016 when I bought my first chili plants. The love for cooking and chili sparked the idea of creating our own recipes," says Dinny Harjula, founder and CEO of Chili Factory Oy.
In 2020 Chili Factory launched their online store and their tasty chili sauces were ready to win over consumers' hearts.
Initially, we used Pakettikauppa, but when they completely removed Matkahuolto's service, switching to Shipit was an easy decision for us. This was also facilitated by the Shopify e-commerce compatible integration Approosters, which we use, Harjula summarizes the start of the collaboration.
Shipit's help with logistics challenges is unparalleled
Chili Factory primarily sells chili sauces from their online store directly to Finnish consumers, but occasionally orders come in from international waters as well.
We have some special deliveries to places like Britain, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. During one phone call, I received comprehensive guidance on how to best get the packages delivered to buyers. We also got practical tips, such as whether to send packages to pickup points or opt for home delivery, Harjula explains.
We've also had to rely on Shipit's professionals for selecting logistics partners and handling complaints. For international shipments, Shipit provided recommendations for the best logistics partners, and sometimes issues are resolved together with short notice.
We had a delivery going out as a birthday present, and for some reason, the package was returned to us. This wasn't Shipit's or our fault but the logistics partner's. I called Shipit, and a few hours after that call, Fiuge picked up the package from our door and delivered it directly to the customer. This was an extremely positive experience for both us and the birthday celebrant!

The collaboration between Chili Factory and Shipit has been straightforward and smooth from the start. Deliveries were able to begin immediately after Shipit was implemented in Chili Factory's Shopify online store.
I understand a lot about IT, but I know nothing about coding. However, Shipit's system was really easy to implement. I just downloaded the app and installed it, and that was it," Harjula appreciates.
Harjula is also a member of the large E-commerce Merchants Facebook group and has seen how many online merchants wonder where to get the best shipping rates and services.
Personally, I appreciate that Shipit is first of all a domestic company and secondly that it continuously develops its operations. For example, adding Fiuge to delivery options helps us a lot with "short" domestic deliveries, Harjula explains. Additionally, Shipit has ready-made contacts for international operations.
