One of our customers recommended Shipit as a solution. They had found creating contracts and shipping labels on different courier services' own websites cumbersome. Shipit offered the same services but with just one contract – and practically with one button press. We knew that other customers would be interested in the service too, as we actively engage in international trade, says Petrosoft's Sales Director, Lauri Koskensalo.
It turned out that several customers had previously found individual courier services' own websites and applications difficult to use. It was a great relief for AICommerce to get everything working using just one service provider. With one registration and one invoice, you get access to numerous different delivery methods.
According to studies, one reason for shopping cart abandonment in e-commerce is the high final sum, which can significantly increase when a suitable delivery method cannot be found. Shipit has come to solve this problem through its integration because they can offer such a wide range of delivery methods, states Koskensalo.

Shipit could still increase the production of less-used special solutions for special shipments. These situations are rare but would further improve the excellent and comprehensive service, Koskensalo tips.
