Job Description:
Your work will mainly focus on backend, particularly third-party systems, especially in the transport sector including Posti, Matkahuolto, GLS, Bring, DB Schenker, FedEx, Postnord and UPS. You will be an important part of our product development team and participate in various aspects of our service development according to your expertise - from service architecture planning to developing Shipit's interface and system. Your actions ensure that our customers, customer service, and operational side function efficiently.
Experience in these areas would be ideal, especially if you have modernized legacy systems. Additionally, the ability to create clear and concise documentation to simplify customer interaction would be highly valuable. Knowledge of software design principles such as MVC, Managers, and Services is crucial. However, you should also be able to dive into complex architectural concepts like Domain Driven Design. As we plan to modernize and scale our system for the future, it's important that you can write sustainable tests that effectively locate problems rather than just confirming code functionality under optimal conditions.

Our current technologies include: PHP 8.1, Laravel 10, MySQL 8 and redis in the backend.
In frontend: React, Livewire 2 (moving to Livewire 3), Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, JavaScript (switching to TypeScript) and Bun. Salary:
Salary range starts at €3800 per month and is based on expertise and responsibility. The upper limit is determined by the value and expertise you bring to our team.
