EDIT: Application period ended. At Shipit, we strive to make shipping packages the easiest thing in the world for businesses and individuals every day. Hundreds of thousands of shipments are already sent through our service annually, and the number is growing. Growth needs more hands, and now we are looking for a sales-oriented customer service representative to join us on this journey. You can choose your workplace between Lahti, Helsinki, or Mariehamn, and you'll have the option for partial remote work.

You will be an important member of the Shipit team. Your main duties will include managing logistics operations for our client companies, solving customer problems, and continuous development of customer service. You will work through different channels including phone, website chat, and email. In this position, you will have extensive responsibility for arranging various transport companies' services for our customers, and therefore previous experience in the transport industry is essential.

What we're looking for in our next colleague?

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset

  • Finnish and Swedish language skills

  • Ability to manage with English (Rally English ok!)

  • Understanding of the logistics industry

  • Previous experience in transport industry or customer service
