Our customer service is known to be one of the best in Finland and we want to maintain this quality, our customers appreciate both our services and the customer service they receive.
Your duties will focus entirely on our multichannel customer service, but you possess an excellent ability to listen to customers and their needs and sell them additional comprehensive services when needed. You don''t need to do new customer acquisition as our effective marketing team handles that - you just serve both current and new customers energetically and efficiently while creating customer needs for additional services.
The good growth rate of recent years has created a great opportunity for us in international markets, and we have already launched our first foreign location in our western neighbor Sweden. This means you should be ready to serve our customers in fluent Finnish as well as English and perhaps even Swedish. Swedish language skills are considered a significant advantage.
Work hours are 37.5h/week and in addition to remote work, the customer service team meets once a week at the Lahti office, which is located near the railway station with good transport connections. The orientation period will also be conducted entirely in Lahti, so you should be ready to travel to the office daily at first and learn about the wonderful world of logistics.
Here are the qualities we're looking for:
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service & sales orientation
Previous experience in multichannel customer service
Written and oral proficiency in Finnish and English
Understanding of the logistics industry and perhaps even previous experience in the transport sector
Problem-solving ability
Self-direction, proactivity, and ability to take responsibility
Stress tolerance
Teamwork skills
Basic IT skills (yes, you can start a computer and use basic programs)
We also consider it advantageous if you have:
Written and oral proficiency in Swedish
Previous experience with online stores
Previous sales experience
