We're looking for new talent to join our experienced logistics customer service team. Are you one of them? Do you know the transport industry, and are you the kind of quick-thinking, energetic person who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and go all-in for customers and their shipments? Our customer service is widely recognized as one of the best in Finland, and we intend to keep it that way. Our customers value both our services and the support they receive from our team.

We've been growing at a solid pace in recent years, and the story continues! We operate internationally, so strong English skills are a must — meaning you're comfortable picking up the phone, handling emails, and chatting with customers in English. Good Swedish skills are a plus.

Our standard working week is 37.5 hours, with regular hours from 8–17. You can choose whether to work from home or from our Lahti office. Even with remote work, we bring the whole team together at the office roughly twice a month. Our Lahti office is right next to the train station, so you don't need a car or a complex public transport odyssey to get to us.

Starting salary is €2,500–3,000/month, depending on your experience.

Initial onboarding takes place at the Lahti office, so during your first few weeks you should expect to come in daily.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach

  • Previous customer service experience, especially in a multichannel environment

  • Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written — Swedish is a bonus

  • A self-driven, proactive working style with strong teamwork skills

  • Ability to stay cool under pressure and work carefully even when things get busy

  • Basic IT skills and a quick ability to learn in an industry where change is constant

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the logistics industry

  • Experience in e-commerce

  • Experience supporting SaaS products

  • B2B customer service background
