Shipit Pickup Point Search (API)

Pickup point search is included in Shipit's TMS base price, but it can also be purchased separately as an add-on service if desired. Shipit Pickup Point Search offers an easy way to search for all carriers' pickup points and parcel lockers through a single interface. Enable a seamless shopping experience for your online store's customers – let them choose the pickup point or locker that suits them best, right at checkout. Pickup points and parcel lockers are easy to display, and outdoor lockers can also be filtered out if needed.

Shipit Status API

The Shipit Status API is an add-on service that lets integration and plugin developers retrieve shipment status information directly through the API. This enables more flexible, real-time shipment tracking, for example in your online store's admin panel or your own system. The price includes:

  • 1,000 calls per month (transactions/services)
  • Calls exceeding this are charged at €0.01 / call

Shipit Return Tool

The Return Tool is a self-service portal through which your online store's customers can handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, and complaints independently, without needing to contact customer service.

All requests are gathered into a single management dashboard, where you can manage them centrally.

The tool works with all e-commerce platforms, and Shopify merchants also have access to a dedicated extension that syncs returns directly to the Shopify admin panel.

  • Shipit Free – €0/month: all of Shipit's negotiated carrier contracts with no extra costs

  • Shipit Start – €9.90/month: option to use your own carrier contracts (1 carrier)

  • Shipit Growth – €49.90/month: ERP and WMS integrations, your own pickup points, dangerous goods (VAK) shipments

  • Shipit Pro – €99.90/month: unlimited carriers of your own, the widest range of users and API credentials
