You can use Shipit Basic version forever. With the free version, you only pay for the address labels you create.

Please note that with the free plan you can ship only according to Shipit prices. If you want to use your own shipping contracts, you need to choose one of the paid plans.

The free plan includes a limited number of features and is specifically aimed at online stores taking their first steps in the e-commerce world.

After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it – but don't worry, you'll get reminders about this in advance.

Although we hope you won't leave, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing period. To cancel your subscription, go to Account > Subscriptions > Cancel your subscription.

Your paid subscription remains valid until the next renewal date, so you can utilize all features included in your current subscription until then.

The address label fee is a processing fee charged in addition to your order price. Please note that this is not a shipping cost, but a fee related to creating the address label through Shipit.

The address label processing fee depends on your chosen subscription package:

  • Mini: + 0.20 € per address label

  • Pro: + 0.10 € per address label

When you exceed the monthly address label limit – Mini (1000 labels), Pro (10,000 labels) – each additional label will be charged an extra fee of 0.15 € on top of the original fee.

For example, if you exceed the Mini package's 400 label limit, each additional label will be charged a total of 0.35 € (0.20 € + 0.15 €).
