Changes to PostNord services for Shipit customers take effect from 18 April 2026.
Price reductions to Sweden and Denmark for Service Point and Parcel Locker shipments
Prices for shipments to Sweden and Denmark are coming down slightly. The reduction is approximately €0.20 per shipment to Sweden and €0.50 per shipment to Denmark.
PostNord expanding to Norway – with digital customs clearance
PostNord is extending its services to Norway. You will now be able to send parcels to both parcel lockers and pickup points. The price for shipments to Norway includes digital customs clearance.
New zone pricing for domestic Home Parcel and Business Parcel services
PostNord is introducing zone-based pricing for domestic Home Parcel and Business Parcel services. Prices will be determined by zones A, B and C.
Key points:
Zone A – prices decrease significantly (49% of the population)
Zone B (46% of the population)
Zone C – the previously separate zone surcharge is now included in the zone price and will no longer appear as a separate charge (5% of the population)
The vast majority of shipments go to zones A and B, which together cover 95% of the population.

Move to volumetric weight pricing
Home Parcel and Business Parcel services will switch to volumetric weight-based pricing for both domestic and international shipments. The weight factors are moderate, so the change will not significantly affect standard shipments.
