Saving your credit card for automatic wallet top-up
By adding your credit card in 'make shipment' > wallet, you can enable automatic wallet top-up.
Automatic wallet top-up makes sending packages easier, as you don't need to constantly add money to your wallet or remember your wallet balance. This is also a great help if someone other than the company credit card owner is making shipments.
Credit card information is not stored with Shipit, but the information is stored in payment service provider Stripe's system, which automatically adds more balance to your wallet when the deposit falls below 15%.
For example, if you initially deposited €100 into your wallet, make shipments and have €10 left in your wallet, at this point the system notices that your balance is below 15% and adds the original amount (€100) to your wallet, giving you €110 for future shipments.
You can easily change the wallet amount in 'make shipment' – wallet. Remember that the minimum wallet deposit is €50. You can also remove the credit card from automatic wallet top-up at any time and return to manual wallet payments.
From August 30th onwards, our former payment service provider Paytrail will be completely replaced by Visma Pay. Thanks to this change, we can now offer even more comprehensive and versatile payment options for your future wallet payments.
