Shipit x Fetch – all the way to the door, when a parcel locker just won't cut it

Shipit is expanding its carrier network with a new partnership: Fetch is now available through Shipit, bringing a flexible door-to-door delivery service for online stores and businesses.

A solution for situations where traditional parcel solutions fall short

Parcel lockers are part of everyday life for most online shoppers, but not every shipment fits or belongs there. Large, awkwardly shaped, or cold chain products need a different solution.

Fetch is designed exactly for this. The service delivers orders directly to the customer's door — quickly, flexibly, and without unnecessary intermediate steps. It is particularly suitable for:

  • home appliances and electronics

  • food, medicines, and alcohol

  • pet raw food and other products requiring a cold chain

  • larger e-commerce shipments and smaller furniture items

All Fetch vehicles are equipped with a temperature-controlled system, and the solution is approved by Oiva for cold chain deliveries.

Maximum dimensions

  • Max. length: 240 cm

  • Max. total dimensions (length + width + height): 360 cm

  • Max. weight per parcel: 35 kg / per shipment: 140 kg

  • A shipment may contain a maximum of 4 parcels

Service area

Fetch is currently available in the Helsinki metropolitan area and surrounding regions: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Järvenpää, Porvoo, Kirkkonummi, Tuusula, Kerava, Sipoo, Kauniainen.

Easy setup through Shipit

Shipit customers can start using Fetch with their own or Shipit's contracts. Fetch delivery methods can be added to your online store's checkout through the integration without complex technical projects.

All Fetch shipments created through Shipit include pickup, making the process smooth from start to finish.

Fetch is also available for same-day deliveries in selected areas, meeting customers' growing expectations for delivery speed.
